Polarity is a category that indicates the distinction between affirmative and negative.

In the UNLarium, polarity may assume two values:

The attribute @yes is the default value and may be omitted: I do live here = live (or live.@yes)

The attribute polarity, when lexicalized, must not be informed: never = never (and not never.@not)
