Default Dictionary

The Default Dictionary is language independent and may be used by any language. It contains the punctuation signs and regular expressions to deal with URL's, time expressions, currency expressions, Roman numbers, phone numbers and formulas in general. It should be included at the end of the language specific dictionaries.
