Alienable/inalienable has to do with "part of". My finger is part of
me (inalienable), but my book is not (alienable). My
anger/irritation/headache/feelings/thoughts are part of me? I would
say so in the sense that I cannot give them away without making a
radical change to myself. Compare:
I gave my book to Peter (OK)
I gave my fingers to Peter (only if I cut part of myself)
I gave my headache to Peter (only in metaphorical sense)

psychological states (as anger or irritation, for instance) should be
considered as alienable or inalienable?
